My own tape series for performance is now available as a two-cassette tape. This is a meditative inner-work process for the perormer(or anyone, for that matter) to identify, embrace, and move past the fears and blocks that present themselves in performance(or when placed in a stressful situation). It guides the listener to "center" using the heart as a focus, and guides one to move into their "true" reason for performing.




Tape sets are available to students for $15. They are to be released to the general public at a later date.
